Once the order is complete and payment is processed, Green will send a text message when the order has been received and when it’s out for delivery during normal hours of operation 24/7 daily (excluding some holidays). All deliveries are completed curbside outside of residences to maintain safety protocols. If unable to accept curbside delivery, customers should let Green know in the ‘special instructions’ section of their order so accommodations can be made accordingly.
